WALLS—Precoat metal cladding, 3/8” OSB sheathing, 2” x 4” wood framing, R12 fiberglas insulation, wood paneling or vinyl gypsum interior finish.

ROOF—EPDM membrane roofing, 1/2” OSB sheathing, 2” x 6” wood joists, R12 fiberglas insulation, white fiberboard or vinyl gypsum ceiling finish.

DOOR—Solid core, metal clad, passage set, deadbolt, chainstop & security lock.

WINDOW—Vinyl frame, double glazed, slider opening.

ELECTRICAL—30 Amp, 120/240 Volt, 1 Phase, incandescent lighting, vandalproof ext. light fixture, std. switches, std. duplex receptacles, electric baseboard heating.
