RELOCATIONS

Shelter Industries Inc.’s Customer Services Division is a specialist in the relocation of modular buildings, whether a single module or a multi-module complex.  Our project team can arrange everything, including site works,  electricians, plumbers, cranes and specialized transport trucks.  You can confidently leave it to us… we will take care of it all for you.

 

REPAIRS AND ALTERATIONS

Our repair and alterations crews do all sorts of work on existing modules, from a simple door replacement to rebuilding entire wall sections, whatever needs to be done, we can get the work done quickly and correctly.  Older buildings can be given a complete external “face lift” and the end result is a building that looks brand new and able to serve you for many years to come.  We can add modules to your existing complex to expand the square footage or remove modules to reduce the size, whatever you need, we can take care of it.

 

SITING AND INSTALLATION SERVICES

When you purchase a new Shelter Industries Inc. building, we can deliver it, construct the block or concrete foundation, sit the modules in place with trucks or cranes, and complete the junctioning of the modules so it is weather tight and ready for occupancy.  Steps, landings, canopies, skirting, all that is needed to be done, we can take care of it for you.  We have the expertise and specialized equipment that is necessary to properly handle all sizes of modular buildings.

 

SALE OF REFURBISHED BUILDINGS

Perhaps a refurbished building would suit your short term requirement or fit into your restricted budget.  We can provide you with a quality refurbished building, remodelled, if necessary, to your specific requirements and offering significant savings over an equivalent new product.  Purchase or competitive lease terms are available.

 

PURCHASE OF SURPLUS BUILDINGS

You no longer need your modular building?  Give us a call, we will prepare an offer to purchase it from you, complete with disconnection of services, removal of the building and foundation, and even site clean-up if necessary.  We can take care of it all for you...
