A `small sampling` of custom designed modular building projects, constructed and completed by Shelter Industries Inc.  Many additional examples available at our Sales-Design-Head office, come see us...

Surrey School District #36 selected Shelter Industries Inc. to construct the first phase of the new Surrey College Campus, which houses a self-funded adult educational program run by the Surrey School District.

This church facility was constructed using some modular components and some site built sections.  Much of the structural beams, columns and exterior finish were manufactured from trees harvested on the church site.

This one-of-a-kind multi-storey resort home was designed by a well-known local Architect.  Construction on such a sloped site was a challenge, but the end result was magnificent.

Five separate multi-suite townhome buildings were constructed in Pemberton and were complete with under-suite parking and two-stories of beautiful, well designed living space.

A multi-classroom facility constructed next to an existing school.  This annex was complete with its own heating systems, washrooms enclosed corridor with a walkway to the existing school.
